(Hudson, Ohio, USA / January 29, 2008) - Radcom, a professional services consulting
firm, recently promoted Rebecca Martin of Hudson, Ohio to Professional Services
Manager and Jennifer Beaujon of Stow, Ohio to Editor and Project Coordinator. Martin
started with Radcom at the end of 2006 as a contractor and then moved into the role
of a senior project writer. Beaujon also started as a contractor in 2003 then was
hired full-time in 2004, most recently serving as a Professional Services Manager.
In her new role, Martin will work with many of Radcom's clients. Her role involves
maintaining client relations, managing projects, and engaging new clients. She has
a diverse background in the financial, automotive, aviation, and health science
sectors. She is also experienced in desktop publishing, print media, video
development, and intranet/internet production.

Prior to joining Radcom, Martin worked for Key Bank, Hickock Electrical Instrument
Company, and Ligature, Inc., as well as freelancing in a variety of writing and
training positions.

the company." said Jill McCauslin, one of the owners and principals of Radcom.
Martin has worked on numerous projects involving both training and documentation for
many of Radcom's clients.

In her new role, Beaujon will assist Martin and other Professional Services Managers
with project coordination, editing, and quality control. "With over a million

abreast of new tools, industry standards, and compliance issues to insure Radcom
delivers the best and most cost-effective business solutions possible to our
clients." Beaujon will also ensure that all projects are of the utmost quality and
consistency.
